Note to Students
All matters arising out of your enrolment as a student at the Cardiff Centre for Lifelong Learning will be governed and construed in accordance with the law of England and Wales and are under the jurisdiction of the Courts of England and Wales only. Complaints in relation to any matters arising out of your registration as a student may be referred to the Office of the Independent Adjudicator, but only once internal procedures are exhausted.
