COURSE DESCRIPTION

The aims of the course are to increase students’ awareness of barriers to self esteem, increase their self-esteem, and give them confidence to embark on new challenges both in their personal and their public lives.

On a practical level the course will equip participants with tactics on which to build and strategies with which to plan. This will mean that students will be able to identify obstacles to confident behaviour, articulate influences on their self esteem, and start to put into practice techniques to meet their own needs.
