No. 2 Central Square

From September 2018 the School will move from Bute Building to a new state-of-the-art home in Cardiff’s Central Square development.

The move to No. 2 Central Square places the School alongside local and national media companies including broadcaster BBC Cymru/Wales.

The relocation will build stronger industry links, boosting our students’ employability by providing direct access to major media organisations within journalism as well as the creative and cultural industries.

“This is an exciting opportunity, and the School is striving to make the most of it for the benefit of our University and its students as well as for Cardiff as the creative capital of Wales.”

The University’s Centre for Community Journalism will also move into the new building.
