BBC Trust publishes findings of JOMEC research

The BBC Trust’s review of the BBC’s approach to politics post-devolution and of political and social issues in the four nations has now been published.
The review has been informed, in part, by comprehensive research conducted in the School, and Cardiff’s report is published in full by the Trust.
The focus of the Cardiff study fell on the coverage of politics in the broadest sense, including the impact of specific policies and debates over the future of devolution, rather than being limited to the reporting of the everyday business of politics within Westminster, Holyrood, Cardiff Bay or Stormont.
The research was led by Dr Stephen Cushion and Professor Justin Lewis.
