Alumni Football Match announced

This Saturday November the 17th, School (JOMEC) graduates will be returning to Cardiff for a 20 year reunion. They will be playing a special football match against the current JOMEC staff.
The JOMEC staff squad has been training for the last four weeks under their manager Garry Merrill and hopes are high for a home win. As this is a school wide event all members of staff are invited to take part by playing, supporting and attending the event.

Saturday November 17 - Talybont Sports Centre (outdoor pitch) - JOMEC Old Boys vs JOMEC Staff - 1800 kick off
Saturday November 17 - Venue to be confirmed - Drinks and dinner - 1930 kick off
The School is pleased to welcome back its Alumni for this memorable event. Alumni representatives include Jeremy Dear (General Secretary of the NUJ) and Steve Busfield (News editor of the Guardian Unlimited website). So far the event has raised interest from the BBC, C4 and broadsheet newspapers.
