The log represents the more significant reported issues by end-users, candidates and central HR users. It indicates a brief description of the issue, details on who reported what & when, and status of resolution.
The main aim of the log is to serve as a tracker for PSC and HRMISSC in resolving the issues in a timely manner but it can also serve as knowledge management for all users.
