Salary: An appointment will be made at either a grade 5 level (£24,520 - £28,401 per annum) or a grade 6 level (£30,122 - £35,938 per annum) dependant upon the successful candidate’s level of experience.

To conduct research into III-V and III/V on silicon optoelectronic structures and devices.
