University Teacher - Part-time (various subject areas)

Duration: Variable but usually for the duration of the current academic year (1st August or thereafter to 31st July).
Hours of work: Positions within the Centre are part time and can vary between 20 and 350 hours per year. The hours of work vary between 36 and 112 hours in total per module, depending on the credit value and length of modules taught (this includes both contact time and preparation/admin time). Hours of work may be day time, or evening (no later than 9:15pm) or a combination of both.
Date of appointment: Variable
Salary: £29972 - £35788 per annum, pro rata for hours worked (grade 6).

The Centre for Lifelong Learning invites applications from suitably qualified individuals to enter a pool of prospective candidates for the role of part-time University Teacher posts within the Centre.

Details of successful applicants will be held within the pool for up to two years. Applications within the pool will be considered for any substantive part-time University Teacher posts with the Centre as they arise.
