Hours of work: This is a full time position of 35 hours per week.
Date of appointment: This post is available immediately.
Salary: £30122 - £35938 per annum (Grade 6).

The ESRC Management and Business Development Fellowships are aimed at talented individuals who can demonstrate potential for excellent research skills and who are seeking to convert to a career in management and business studies, either from a professional business career or from a different academic field.

Each post is linked to a research area/theme. These themes are:

  • Sustainable Supply Chain Management; and
  • Developing Organisational Innovation Capabilities in Entrepreneurial Ventures.

Each Fellowship requires an individual to develop a programme of research within one of the identified themes which will establish the first step into an academic career within the Business and Management studies discipline.
