eDirectory Servers need to be patched up to current levels

When is it being done?
Tuesday, 14th February, 1100 to 1500
Wednesday, 15th February, 1100 to 1500
Thursday, 16th February 1100 - 1500

Who will be affected?
Users of GroupWise

How will this affect users?
Even though users *may* get a message saying that the server has gone down, the workstation will automatically connect to a different server so there should be very little disruption

BlackBerry services at risk: Tuesday, 14th February, 1700hrs to 1900hrs

What is being done?
Patches are being applied to the BlackBerry servers. They will first be applied on secondary servers to confirm the system is running; users will then be switched over to the secondary service, patches applied to the primary servers and then switched back to the primary service

When is it being done?
Tuesday, 14th February, 1700hrs to 1900hrs

Who will be affected?
Users of the BlackBerry Enterprise Service (BES) and the BlackBerry Express service

How will this affect users?
Users may experience a very brief disruption to service whilst they are being switched between primary and secondary services.
BlackBerry services should be considered to be at risk during the whole period.

Why is it being done?
To maintain essential patching to the system.
