Online book and journal recommendations
12 October 2012
Is there a book or journal that is currently unavailable in our libraries that you think we should have in stock?
You can now suggest that the library consider purchasing this item by completing the new book and journal request forms on the Information Services website.
Lindsay Roberts, Health Librarian, explained: "These new forms have been introduced in response to feedback we've received from our users. The forms enable students and researchers to request items that they think we should stock – those items that would be really useful not just to the student themselves, but to others studying the same subject."
All requests will be considered, but the decision to purchase items will depend upon budgetary constraints and collection development policies.
