Support in Pool Rooms for Conferences
Support for IT and AV systems during a conference is provided by the local school technician on an on call basis. Contact details for the local technician are posted in each room. If for any reason they are unable to resolve the matter it will be escalated to the Service Delivery Team in Information Services. The Team is available Monday to Friday, between 8am and 6pm.
If the requirements of the conference or event call for additional equipment or services then these requests should be made at least two weeks in advance. Please send these requests to the IT Service Desk.
