Drug Information
Information on thousands of prescription and over-the-counter medications is provided through two drug resources, MedMaster and the USP DI Advice for the Patient.

electronic Medicines Compendium (eMC)
The eMC provides data sheets, Summaries of Product Characteristics and Patient Information leaflets for prescription medicines in the UK, and is searchable by brand name, generic name, or company name.

Medi-lexicon
A dictionary of over 70,000 medical, pharmaceutical, biomedical & healthcare acronyms and abbreviations. Plus other searches for the medical, pharmaceutical or healthcare professional.

Medical Encyclopedia
Adam Health Illustrated Encyclopedia includes over 4,000 articles about diseases, tests, symptoms, injuries, and surgeries. It also contains an extensive library of medical photographs and illustrations.

Merck Manual of Diagnosis and Therapy
Link to the Full text of the 17th ed.(1999) and it is searchable.

Merriam-Webster Medical Dictionary
Fully searchable.

Encyclopedia of Life Sciences
A major reference work for the biological and life sciences. It includes over 3000 peer-reviewed articles by leading scientists. Core subjects include:
