CAPIT-HD2

CAPIT-HD2 is a research study which has been revised from a previous study published over 20 years ago.

The original CAPIT study aimed to capture elements of disease progression, but it was shown that the reliability of the tests used were variable.

CAPIT-HD2 measures a wider range of deficits that occur in Huntington’s disease, some of which were not covered in the original CAPIT study by utilising technological advances in patient assessment.
