This course builds on the belief that people represent the most valuable resource within our organisation, and that optimising teamwork will enhance effectiveness.  Course members will examine what we mean by an “effective team” and improve their interaction with their colleagues and other professional associates through the understanding of interactive processes and the use of modified personal behaviours, including some exploration of the more challenging ‘people issues’.
