Managing Performance and Setting Expectations

This highly participative workshop will explore the procedures and practice to be followed when the performance of a member of staff is below standard or when behaviour is problematic.  The importance of adhering to procedure and the role of management counselling and other skills for improving performance will be emphasised during the workshop. Attention may also be given to the principles of improving performance where problems do not exist.
