A short session to review the practicalities of interviewing potential students, in line with good practice, equality and diversity, and the law. Emphasis will be placed on:

• understanding the purpose of the interview;
• using criteria;
• questioning technique; and
• the current legal and best practice guidance in respect of equality and diversity.
