This half-day session has been designed to give participants an overview of the key issues appropriate to academic staff who are new to the University. It provides information about the University structure, its aims, and how the organisation operates. In addition you can find out about the systems for, and the requirements of, academic career development, as well as gaining information on the support available to assist you in research development.
