Financial Framework of the University

The seminar is designed to explain how the University raises its income and looks particularly at the pressures upon the public-sector part of those earnings.  The seminar should be of general interest to anyone who wonders where the money comes from to pay their salary or why the University is constantly being asked to do more and more for less money.
