Disability Awareness for Front-line Staff

The aim of this seminar is to provide all staff with the skills and confidence to interact with disabled students in the context of higher education. This seminar will focus on: defining disability, interacting and communicating with disabled people and providing practical assistance to disabled people. This seminar will be particularly useful for those staff in front-line reception, administration and service positions.
