Challenging Behaviour

This short lunchtime session examines bullying and harassment in the workplace and provides a model to challenge these forms of behaviour. It also introduces the University’s Dignity at Work and Study Policy, the role of the Dignity at Work Advisors and explains the work underway to make the University’s key principle of ‘an inclusive culture based on the values of dignity, respect and courtesy’ a reality.
