Chairing University Appointing Panels

This is a mandatory awareness-raising session for all staff who chair staff recruitment panels.  The session comprises 3 main areas: a synopsis of key stages in the Recruitment and Selection process, details of specific responsibilities held by a panel chair and an overview of equality and discrimination legislation as it relates to recruitment and selection.
