People management, team building and influencing skills allow project managers to encourage support and gain commitment among the project team and stakeholders. This one day course has been designed to provide those who lead or manage others in a project with the necessary skills. Its aim is to help delegates to improve their project management skills by achieving a greater awareness of their own leadership and communication style, as well as by helping them to understand and manage other people's behaviour.
