Your Employment Rights: Work/Life Balance

This session will give an overview of the legislation designed to support employees with family or other caring responsibilities, and the University's work/life balance schemes that will be tailored to meet the individual's needs. Among the topics which could be considered are maternity/paternity/adoption leave, flexible working, and special leave.
