Making the Most of Redeployment

This 2 hour workshop introduces researchers to the practical elements of using the Cardiff University Redeployment scheme. It is suitable for both staff who will be coming to the end of their Fixed Term Employment contracts at Cardiff University and any staff who may be eligible for redeployment  within the following few months.

The session will concentrate on practical insights into completion of the  Redeployment Skills Profile to enable participants to make the most of the system available.

Participants  may find it helpful to refer to the redeployment web pages prior to the session.
