Tickets

Students are advised that they are guaranteed a maximum of two free guest tickets for family or friends who wish to attend the Graduation ceremony. Students do not need a ticket for themselves. We do not recommend that children are taken to the ceremony, due to the length and formal nature of proceedings. Any child over the age of two will also require a separate guest ticket to attend.
All tickets for guests will be available for collection from CITY HALL on the day of your ceremony.

Where and when do I collect my tickets?
All tickets for guests will be available for collection from CITY HALL on the day of your ceremony.
The Graduation ceremony will take place in ST DAVIDS HALL and you will need to be in the auditorium for the rehearsal 30 minutes before the start of the ceremony. Please remember to allow enough time to collect your guest tickets and gown, have photographs taken, and make your way to ST DAVIDS HALL (approx. 10 minutes walk).
Please note: We advise against making expensive travel arrangements for guests on the expectation of extra tickets. These guests are welcome to enjoy the day with you, however if they do not have tickets for St David’s Hall then they will not be admitted to the ceremony.
