All trips must be pre-booked. Students may purchase tickets for other postgraduates, but must fully complete a separate booking form for each postgraduate attending. Forms can be collected at the Graduate Centre Reception throughout our opening hours, or from the Heath Park Students' Union Shop.
You can book your place on a trip from the following locations:
Cathays Park Campus: Grad Centre Reception, 3rd floor, Union
Building, Park Place.
– Cash / Cheque Payments can be made: Monday to Friday, 8.45am until
5.00pm (Cheques payable to Cardiff University)
– Credit / Debit Card Payments can be made: Monday to Friday, 8.45am until 11.00pm; Saturday to Sunday 12.00noon until 11.00pm.
Refunds / Cancellations: You may only have a refund if you cancel at least two weeks before the trip departure date, or if your ticket can be re-sold. Many trips do develop a waiting list of people who will take up a cancelled place, but there is no guarantee that this will happen. There will be no refunds for cancellations made the day before the trip or for 'no-shows' on the day.
Please note that trips need a minimum number of participants and will be cancelled if the minimum is not achieved by 10 days prior to departure, with full refunds given.
