Head of Welsh Language Services: Mrs Carole Evans, Director of Governance and Compliance Services

The responsibility of the University's Welsh Language Services Unit falls into 3 main categories:-

  • To ensure compliance with the University's Welsh Language Scheme and to assist Schools/Division in the development of Welsh Language Issues.
  • To co-ordinate of the University's Translation Service.   
  • To assist in the development of Welsh Medium Academic  through liaison with Registry.

Please find attached via this link the University’s draft revised Welsh Language Scheme.  If you wish to make any comments on the draft prior to its consideration by the University Council please submit this by 21 May 2012 to Governance@cardiff.ac.uk.
