Off Site Storage

University Off Site Records Storage Contract

There’s only so much space in your office to keep records, but often they need to be kept for some years after they've become inactive in accordance with the University’s Records Retention Schedule.  Further to demand for records storage space and the high cost of existing local ad-hoc arrangements, the Governance and Compliance Division has set up an off site storage contract with a private company for the University’s use.  The storage is competitively priced, local, secure, with the appropriate environmental conditions and the company will be audited regularly.  If you would like to make use of this service, please contact Sarah Phillips in the Governance and Compliance Division at records@cardiff.ac.uk or telephone ext. 79403.
