The New Planning Code for Wales


The Welsh Government has asked the Law Commission to put forward proposals to consolidate and simplify Planning Law in Wales. This event provides an opportunity to hear about the Commission’s key proposals, and to ask questions during the consultation period (which ends on 1st March).
