The Main Building Restaurant is located on the ground floor of the Main Building.

Hot and cold breakfast and lunch options are available. Lunch dishes range from a simple jacket potato with fillings to various popular main courses. Freshly made curries, fish dishes, pasta dishes and noodles and a healthy eating Salad Bar are also available.

The Kitchen offers a fab alternative to shop food if you fancy something freshly prepared throughout the day. With great deals and a good selection of hot and cold food, The Kitchen is the perfect place to sit down for a well earned breather.

Open every day from 11am to midnight

The Taf offers great pub food at affordable prices for when you fancy treating yourself. With a great selection of specials changing each week, and the best priced pizzas in town.

Magic Wrap takeaway

10:30am - 5:30pm

Cardiff's favourite cult takeaway comes to the Students' Union. A Magic Wrap starts with a Mediterranean flatbread and houmous or mint yogurt on the base then choose your salad fillings; lettuce, carrot, red onion, peppers and cheese and finally your main filling like marinated chicken, roast beef or falafel as well as any extras.

The Union Shop

Grab a sandwich or snack from the Union Shop.

Other restaurant facilities are available in the Julian Hodge Building and Trevithick Building. There are also coffee shops in the John Percival Building, Bute Building and Optometry Building.
