Vocational A-levels
Computer Systems Engineering; Computer Science; Computer Science with Knowledge & Information Systems; Information Systems; Computer Science with Distributed and Mobile Systems: A mixture of A-level/AS and Vocational A-levels is acceptable.
Computer Science with Computer Vision and Computer Graphics: A mixture of A-level/AS and Vocational A-levels is acceptable but must include Mathematics.
Joint Honours Computing and Mathematics: 6 and 12 unit vocational A-levels are acceptable as part of a combination of qualifications. Applicants must also have attained a grade A in A-level Mathematics.
Welsh Baccalaureate
Computer Systems Engineering: A pass in the Core plus 2 A-level passes at grades BC which must include Mathematics. Computer Science with Computer Vision and Computer Graphics: A pass in the core plus 2 A-level passes at grade B or higher which must include Mathematics.
Computer Science; Computer Science with Knowledge & Information Systems; Information Systems: A pass in the Core plus 2 A-level passes at grade B or higher.
Computer Science with Distributed and Mobile Systems: A pass in the Core plus 1 A-level pass and 2 AS-level passes which must include Mathematics.
Joint Honours Computing and Mathematics: Acceptable as 120 points with an A in A-level Mathematics and a B in another A-level subject.
Scottish Higher

Evidence of competence in key skills is welcomed, although success in the Key Skills qualification forms no part of the School’s formal entry requirements.
