Cardiff University offers a limited amount of accommodation for families. As a result, unfortunately we are unable to guarantee this type of residence and priority is given to students coming from overseas for their first year of study.

All students living in family residences will need to find alternative accommodation after the first year as the residential period cannot be extended.
