The University has a number of student houses located along Colum Road and Colum Place. They are conveniently located close to Cardiff Business School, Humanities Building, the Law School and the Main Campus.

Cardiff University network connection points are not provided in these houses. Some of the houses have the benefit of having telecommunication lines installed by previous occupants. If this is not the case, you may be able to arrange to have your own line installed. To do this you must initially obtain permission from your Residences Manager. Please note that responsibility for all installation, call and associated charges lies with the house occupants
