Families

Cardiff University has a very limited supply of residences suitable for couples and families. We are therefore unable to guarantee this type of residence and priority in the allocation process is given to students coming from overseas for their first year of study.

All students living in such residences are expected to seek alternative accommodation for subsequent years as the period of residence cannot be extended beyond the first year.
