Cardiff is committed to providing an accessible environment for all applicants, students and visitors. If you, or any member of your party have special requirements that arise as a result of a disability, medical condition or specific learning difficulty, we would encourage you to contact us using the details below so that appropriate arrangements can be made prior to your visit.
Open Day visitors with mobility difficulties should approach the University along Park Place, and park in the University's Main Building Car Park. If you are using a Sat Nav the postcode to use for Main Building is CF10 3AT.
If you are travelling to Cardiff by train/coach and would like a taxi with wheelchair access for onward travel to the university, please telephone Capital Black Cabs on 029 2077 7777.
Once you are at the University please approach a member of the Open Day Team, who will be happy to assist you. Our information and reception desks are located in the University’s Main Building and Students’ Union Great Hall.
Alternatively, call 07812 141741.
The Students’ Union and all other venues are accessible and signposted for disabled access and staff will be on hand to give directions and assist visitors as required.
You may wish to look at the Campus Accessibility Maps so that you can plan your route around the university buildings in advance.
If you have any queries regarding provision for students with a disability, medical condition or specific learning difficulty, or access to grants and support, please visit the ‘Student Advisory Service’ drop-in shop in Main Building.
