Postgraduate Tuition Fees

We appreciate that tuition fees are likely to be an important factor in your decision to pursue postgraduate study. The Finance Division maintains tuition fees lists for all postgraduate taught and research programmes; to download these, please see the resources on the right-hand side of this page.

Points to Note:

• The Fees Tables list the fees alphabetically by academic School.
• The information on these pages is updated regularly and is intended as a guide. While we make every effort to ensure that the figures shown on these pages are accurate, since fees can vary we would advise you to confirm the cost of your desired course with the relevant academic school.
• Unless otherwise stated, part-time fees are shown as the cost for one year of study: fees will be payable for each subsequent year of study. For an approximate total cost therefore, fees should be multiplied by the number of years of study (NB. fees for future years are subject to change).
• If you are offered a place on a taught course or research degree, you will be notified of the fee for your programme of study in the enrolment pack sent out to you prior to your arrival at the University.

Fees status queries:

Tuition fees status is determined by the University during the processing of applications, and we are therefore unable to confirm this in advance, or to advise on the likelihood of particular fees status decisions. If you are unsure as to your fees status, you may find it helpful to refer to guidance offered by the UK Council for International Student Affairs (UKCISA), which can be accessed online at: www.ukcisa.org.uk/student/fees_student_support.php
