Cathays Park Campus Tours

Why not take a walking tour of the campus with one of our current postgraduate students?

These offer the perfect opportunity to chat to students about their experience of the University as well as giving you the chance to find out more about the academic and social facilities in different areas of the University campus.

Departure Times

Tours will depart every half hour from 11.30am - 3.30pm

Location

Tours will depart from the Information Stand (Viriamu Jones Gallery, Ground Floor, Main Building). Tours will include the main area of the Cathays Park Campus.

Group size

Tours are restricted to 15 people and will last just under one hour.

Signing up

Sign up for Campus Tours at the Cardiff City Stand in the Viriamu Jones Gallery. We recommend that you do this after collecting your Welcome Pack on arrival.

The Graduate Centre

Cardiff University is among the few universities in Britain to offer a dedicated facility for its postgraduate students. The Centre provides year-round, centrally-located social and study facilities to both taught and research postgraduate students at Cardiff allowing students the opportunity to meet and socialise within the broader postgraduate community

Staff will be on hand in the Graduate Centre throughout the day to show you around and answer any questions you might have. You can also find out more about our highly acclaimed skills and development training. Refreshments are also available in the Graduate Centre Cafe Bar.
