The information and documents below contain very important information that you need to know about coming to Cardiff for the English for University Study Programme 2016 January intake.
All students need be in Cardiff for Thursday 8 January. During Induction there are important meetings to attend, you will take our entry test and you will be able to meet your tutors and other students on the course. You will receive a lot of important information in this week which will help you settle into academic life at Cardiff University, so it is very important that you arrive for the start of induction.

Compulsory Entry Test
Students are tested with a multiple choice language test, written text and a short interview
We will meet you outside Main Building on Park Place to help you find your first meeting.
Come to room 1.11 in Deri House to pay your course fees or discuss your sponsorship details.
Enrolment and Academic Counselling
We will ask students for more information about their future academic plans. Students will have a chance to ask any questions about enrolment or the course here.
Walking Tour of the University campus with your teachers.
We will give you an appointment time at your welcome meeting.
ID card and Bank Letter Collection
We will give you an appointment card telling you where to go and at what time.
A discussion of course expectations, performance, assessment, module content, timetabling and reports with Shaun Tiddy. It is compulsory to attend this meeting.
