How do I find out about a Disability & Dyslexia Service?

The Disability and Dyslexia Service provides information, guidance and a range of services to support disabled students.

The Disability and Dyslexia team can assist disabled students, which includes students with medical conditions, physical and sensory impairments, physical and mobility impairments, mental health difficulties and specific learning difficulties, on matters relating to:

• Accommodation
• Applications for disability funding, including the University’s ‘International Disabled Students Fund’
• Screening and assessment for dyslexia and other specific learning difficulties
• Study skills tuition
• Access to support workers
• Access to and training on assistive technology
