Application Forms

Please complete the attached application form for the following courses:   ELP Application Form 

  • Bridge Programme
  • Pre-Sessional Courses
  • Pre-International Foundation Programme

In order to process applications, we must receive from you all of the following documents:

1. A completed application form (available to download from www.cardiff.ac.uk/elt/apply )
2. A photocopy of the main page of your passport
3. A photocopy of your latest IELTS certificate (if you have one)
4. A photocopy of your undergraduate, postgraduate or foundation offer letter (if you have one)

Please note that we no longer require a deposit.  You will be required to pay your fees, preferably by cheque or bank draft, upon enrolment in Cardiff
