Cardiff Business School (CARBS)

English Language Support

UNDERGRADUATE

If you are a non-native speaker of English in CARBS in Year 1 or a direct entry student in Year 2, you can currently access 2 hours of English classes per week in the School in the Autumn and Spring Semesters.

You can also sign up for some one-to-one tutorials with an English language tutor in room R26.  

You will take a test at the start of the semester.  You will receive more information about this in your induction in CARBS.

POSTGRADUATE (Master’s)

Cardiff Business School(CARBS)

If you are a non-native speaker of English in CARBS, you can currently access 2 hours of English classes per week in the School in the Autumn and Spring Semesters.

There will be tailored English classes for each of the following Master’s programmes:

  • MBA
  • MSc HRM
  • MSc Strategic Marketing
  • MSc ECON (IEBF, FE) and MSc Business Strategy and Entrepreneurship
  • MSc Accounting and Finance
  • MSc Marine policy and MSc International Transport
  • MSc Logistics and Operational Management

You can also sign up for some one-to-one tutorials with an English language tutor in room R26.
