Holiday Pay - Part Time Hourly Paid Employees

Departments are advised that the following employees are entitled to receive holiday pay in additional to fees due.

Associate lecturers, Life Long Learning tutors and Welsh tutors all receive 14.00% on every payment.
Eg - £300 fees & 14% = £342.00 payable to employee (Gross)

Holiday entitlement is on a pro-rata calculation based on 32 days for a full calendar year (52.14 weeks) for a person working 35 hours per week. The pro rata entitlement will be a calculation on an hourly basis and paid with each monthly salary.

Student Demonstrators receive 7.69% on all payments.
Eg - 4hrs @ £9.19 & 7.69% = £39.59 payable to employee (Gross)
