Oracle Forms


Oracle e-Business Suite will be implemented on the 1st December 2009.

This replaces existing accounting systems (CODA and school systems such as HONOURS and HYPERDATA) to introduce a new and consistent business process.

Current forms that you will be familiar with have been adapted to account for the new format in Oracle.

The following forms have been amended:-

Expense Form
Cash Receipt Form
Invoice Request Form
Invoice Request Guidance Notes
Credit Card Form
Short Course Costing Form
Conference Costing Form
Intrastat Form
SO1 Estates Form
SO2 Estates Form
SO3 Estates Form
SO4 Estates Form   

There are also new forms that you will not be familiar with but are needed for Oracle

When downloading any documents that need to be completed online, please save the document to your local directory before you start completing.
