Appeal Procedure

If you are unhappy with the outcome of your application, you should first ask for an appointment with an assessor from the student finance team to review your case individually.

If after this you still wish to appeal, you should appeal in writing within 3 weeks to the Director of Student Services. An appeal will be considered by the Director of Student Services and the Students Union Advice Centre Manager/Welfare Sabbatical Officer. Appeals must be received within 3 weeks of the date of the original decision. You will be notified of the outcome in writing within 10 days.
