A public lecture by Denis Temnikov First Secretary of the Embassy of the Russian Federation in London.
Mr Denis Temnikov spoke to a large group of students, staff, activists and members of the public. His address focused on Russian foreign policy objectives in the Middle East including the Israel-Palestine situation, The Annan plan for Syria and the prospect of a Nuclear Iran. The Q&A was conducted under the Chatham House rule and was therefore not recorded.

Professor Malcolm Evans OBE, was Head of the Bristol Law School from 2003-2005 and Dean of the Faculty of Social Sciences and Law from 2005-2009. He studied law at Oxford (1979-82; 1983-87). He is a UK member of the United Nations Sub-committee on the Prevention of Torture.
