January Travel Symposium

RMM (Representing Migration and Mobility) research network


As part of a RMM’s 2011-2012 series of events on travel, journeys and the book, EUROS, RMM and SCOLAR will we be hosting two distinguished guest speakers in Cardiff in mid-January, along with a presentation on the Library’s extensive collection of rare travel books by the Head of Special Collections at the ASSL, Mr Peter Keelan.

The events in the Symposium are:

The Post-Colonial Afterlife of Primo Levi, Derek Duncan, Professor of Italian Cultural Studies, Bristol University (Part of the Cardiff Rare Books and Archives Lecture Series and a New Directions in Modern Languages Distinguished Lecture).
