My research focuses on Lacanian psychoanalysis, film, critical theory and contemporary European thought. I have recently completed a book entitled Critical Theory and Film: Rethinking Ideology through Film Noir (Continuum, 2012) and my current research links psychoanalysis, biopolitics and film. I am co-director of the Žižek Centre for Ideology Critique, I welcome enquiries and proposals for postgraduate research on all of the above topics.
