Career profile

I originally worked in the financial sector. I then worked at Swansea University before becoming a lecturer in the School of European Studies at Cardiff University. I have served for four years as Director of European Union Studies and a further three as Head of the Politics.

Teaching profile

I teach and supervise at all levels and across a variety of international relations modules. Over the years these have included Introduction to International Relations, Introduction to European Integration, Politics and Policies of the European Union, the European Union and Economic Globalisation, The European Union and European Security, United States Foreign Policy and transatlantic relations.
