Administration & Roombookings
Katharin is responsible for leading the Administration teams to ensure an efficient and cost effective service is provided to the division and University stakeholders.
Amy Davies - Executive Officer (Administration)
Amy is responsible for ensuring that the maintenance Hotline requests are dealt with and that the team provide a customer focused service. Amy is also responsible for ensuring that the Estates Archives are maintained.
Rhiannon Kirkham - Senior Clerical Officer
Rhi supports the Executive Officers for both Administration and Roombookings and Timetabling by helping to lead the teams. Rhi is also responsible for property administration, producing the annual Teaching Needs Analysis study and developing the Estates web pages.
Christina is responsible for receiving maintenance requests on the Hotline. Christina also provides administrative support to the Maintenance Team.
Jayne is primarily based in the Works Unit. Jayne provides administrative support to the Direct Labour Organisation staff. This support includes dealing with timesheets, job cards etc.
Anna works part time (Monday and Tuesday) and is responsible for Reception. Anna also receives maintenance requests on the Hotline.
Pam works part time (Wednesday, Thursday and Friday) and is responsible for Reception. Pam also receives maintenance requests on the Hotline.
Claudia Purchase - Clerical Assistant
Claudia supports both the Administration and Roombookings Teams by receiving maintenance requests on the Hotline and processing room booking enquiries. She also provides clerical support to the Maintenance Team.
Deb Lloyd - Personal Assistant
Deb is the Personal Assistant for the Director of Estates. Her role involves providing a professional administrative service and to primarily support the Director of Estates and his senior management team in the execution of their senior management roles. This will include effective diary management, preparation of paperwork for meetings and completion of follow-up actions as appropriate.
Roombookings and Timetabling
Joanne Millard - Executive Officer (Roombookings & Timetabling)
Joanne is responsible for ensuring that the team provides a customer focused service. Joanne also provides input to Capital Projects for new buildings and refurbishments taking place across the University to ensure that service user’s needs are met with regards to pool room requirements, and for developing the Estates web pages.
Lindsey is responsible for processing the requests for rooms, either on an ad-hoc basis or as part of the teaching timetable. Lindsey is also involved in undertaking utilisation surveys and pool room condition surveys.
Heather is responsible for processing the requests for rooms, either on an ad-hoc basis or as part of the teaching timetable. Heather is also involved in undertaking utilisation surveys and pool room condition surveys.
